Account Setup
Your account setup is the foundation. Get it right once and every quote, invoice, and report you send carries your branding and your numbers automatically.
Where to Find It
Open Settings (gear icon) → Business Profile.
Identity
- Business name — what shows at the top of every quote and invoice
- Owner name — who customers ask for
- Trade type — electrician, plumber, HVAC, handyman, etc.
- Phone — your business line
- Email — where customer replies go
- Service address — your shop or home base
Branding
- Logo — tap Upload Logo, pick from your photos. JPG, PNG, or HEIC. Square images work best.
- Brand color — the color used for headers, buttons, and accents on your invoices.
Money Settings
- Tax rate — your local sales tax (e.g., 8.25). Applied automatically to every invoice. You can override per-invoice.
- Currency — USD, CAD, etc.
- Invoice number prefix — e.g.,
INV-gives youINV-0001,INV-0002, and so on. - Starting invoice number — defaults to 1; bump it if you're migrating from another system.
- Default payment terms — Due on receipt, Net 15, Net 30.
Save
Tap Save. Your settings apply immediately to every new quote and invoice.
Anatomy of Your Invoice
Once setup is complete, every invoice you send looks like this:

Changing Settings Later
Edits take effect on the next quote or invoice you create. Existing documents keep the settings they were created with.
