Today's Route

Open the app. See your day. Tap to drive. Today's Route is the home tile that shows every job scheduled for today, in the order you plan to run them.

Where to Find It

The TODAY tab. Today's Route appears as a tile on the dashboard.

What You'll See

• Job time — the scheduled start time for each stop, displayed in chronological order by default
• Customer name and address — at a glance, no tapping required
• Pulsating map pin — the next active stop pulses to draw your eye
• Up / Down arrows — reorder stops manually if you want a different sequence
• Tap-to-navigate — tap the map pin and your maps app opens with directions

Scheduling a Job for Today

1. Open the job (or create a new one)
2. Set the Date to today
3. Set the Scheduled Time (e.g., 9:00 AM)
4. Save

The job appears on Today's Route immediately.

Reordering Stops

Tap the up arrow to move a stop earlier in the day, or down arrow to move it later. The route saves automatically — no save button to hunt for.

Tap-to-Navigate

Tap the pulsating map pin next to any address:

• Android: opens Google Maps with turn-by-turn navigation queued
• iOS: opens Apple Maps with the route ready
• Web: opens Google Maps in a new browser tab

The deep link works even with no signal on mobile — your maps app uses its offline cache.

Tips

• Set scheduled times in 15-minute increments to keep the route legible
• The pulsating pin always points to the next active stop, so you can glance and go
• If a job has no address, the map pin won't appear — make sure customer addresses are filled in
