See your week, your month, your booked-out future. Field Ledger's calendar shows every scheduled job with one tap.

Where to Find It

The CALENDAR tab.

Views

• Day — every job scheduled today, with times
• Week — five or seven days at a glance
• Month — high-level view; tap any day to see jobs

Scheduling a Job

From the calendar:

1. Tap the day you want
2. Tap + New Job
3. Set the scheduled time
4. Save

From a job detail screen:

1. Set the Date field
2. Set the Scheduled Time
3. Save

The job appears on the calendar immediately.

Native Calendar Integration (Mobile Only)

Field Ledger can write your scheduled jobs to your phone's calendar (Google Calendar on Android, iCloud Calendar on iOS) — so reminders fire even if Field Ledger isn't open.

To enable: Settings → Calendar Integration → Enable. The first time, your phone will prompt for calendar permission.

This feature is mobile-only. The web version shows the in-app calendar but cannot write to your computer's native calendar app.

Tips

• Use the week view to spot back-to-back appointments and add buffer for travel
• Color-code jobs by trade type or customer if your phone calendar supports it
