Customers
Every customer in one place. Their address, their job history, their invoices, their photos.
Where to Find It
The CUSTOMERS tab.
Adding a Customer
- Tap + New Customer
- Fill in:
- Name (required)
- Phone
- Service address (used for tap-to-navigate from Today's Route)
- Notes (gate code, dog at the property, preferred entrance — anything you want to remember)
- Tap Save
Customer History
Open any customer to see:
- All past jobs
- All quotes (with status: Draft / Sent / Won / Lost)
- All invoices (with status: Draft / Sent / Void)
- All attached photos
Editing a Customer
Open the customer → Edit → change what you need → Save.
Quick Actions
From a customer detail:
- Call — opens your phone dialer with their number (mobile only)
- Text — opens your SMS app (mobile only)
- Email — opens your email composer
- Navigate — opens your maps app to their service address
- + New Quote / Job / Invoice — pre-fills the customer
Tips
- Add notes religiously — "side gate code 2849," "dog is friendly," "always ask for Maria not Mike" — these win you repeat business
- Add a customer before you create a quote or invoice so the customer record is the source of truth
